Tbilisi’s advantage is banking access rather than crypto infrastructure: opening a Georgian account is straightforward for most nationalities, and the two large banks are reachable by international transfer. That makes the city a common staging post, and it means the useful exchange routes are the ones that end in a GEL or USD bank balance rather than in cash.
