1. What we provide
Cryptosales is an information service. We collect and publish exchange rates from third-party services, and we provide a routing layer that can relay an order to a partner that exposes an API.
We are not an exchange, a broker, a money transmitter or a custodian. We do not hold, control or have access to your funds at any point.
2. Information accuracy
Rates come from third parties and change constantly. We publish what we last observed, with a timestamp, and we mark data that has aged. We make no warranty that any rate shown is currently obtainable.
Always confirm the terms on the exchanger’s own page before sending anything. The number on their deposit screen is the one that binds them; ours is a comparison, not a quote.
3. Third-party services
Every exchange is between you and the exchanger. Their terms, their compliance requirements and their liability apply. We are not a party to that transaction and cannot reverse, refund or recover it.
We select the services we list with care, and we delist those that fail their users. That is diligence, not a guarantee.
4. Referral relationships
We receive commission from many of the services listed. The links you follow carry an identifier that attributes the referral. This does not affect the rate you are offered and does not affect the order of the rate table, which is sorted by payout.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use this site to launder money, evade sanctions, or facilitate any transaction unlawful where you are. Do not scrape at a rate that degrades the service for others; the public API exists for that, and we will grant sensible limits if you ask.
6. No financial advice
Nothing here is investment, tax or legal advice. Comparing rates is not a recommendation to transact, and the presence of a service in our directory is not a recommendation to use it.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from reliance on published rates, from the conduct of a third-party exchanger, or from your own transaction errors — including sending to a wrong address or on a wrong network, which is not recoverable by anyone.
8. Changes
We may change these terms. Material changes are noted on this page with a revised date.
