We read everything. Support questions about a specific exchange should include the tracking code.
What to write about
A problem with an exchange. Include your tracking code and the exchanger’s name. We can chase a partner on your behalf, and a pattern of failures is what gets a service delisted.
A listing request. Use the listing form rather than email; it asks for the things we need up front.
A correction. If a fact on a profile page is wrong or out of date, tell us what it should be and where you got it. Corrections go in the same day.
A partnership or API question. Say what you are building and what volume you expect.
What not to write about
We cannot recover funds sent to the wrong address or the wrong network, and we cannot reverse a completed exchange. Nobody can. If that has happened, the only honest advice is to contact the exchanger directly and to be sceptical of anyone who offers to recover it for a fee — that offer is itself a scam.
