Privacy policy
We collect very little, and this page says exactly what.
What we do not collect
There is no account system on this site. We do not ask for your name, your email or any identity document, and we have no wallet balances associated with you.
We do not store raw IP addresses. Where we need to distinguish one visitor from another — for rate limiting, and to stop one person filing fifty reviews — we store a salted hash of the address instead. The salt is not published, and the hash cannot be reversed to an address.
What we do collect
Referral clicks. When you follow a link to an exchanger we record which partner, which direction, the country your request arrived from, a device class (desktop, mobile, tablet) and the hashed address. This is how partners are paid and how we notice when one stops converting.
Exchange orders. For a swap completed on this site we store what the exchange requires: the assets, the amounts, the deposit and payout addresses, and the status history. Payout addresses are shown truncated on the tracking page.
Submitted content. Reviews and listing applications are stored with whatever you typed into them, plus the hashed address.
Aggregate traffic. Standard server logs, retained briefly, and only in aggregate after that.
Cookies
Two, and neither tracks you across sites:
- cs-theme remembers whether you chose the light or dark palette.
- A session cookie exists only inside the administration area, which visitors never see.
We do not run advertising or cross-site tracking.
Third parties
Following a link to an exchanger takes you to their site, under their privacy policy. We send a referrer-stripped request, so they learn that a visitor came from a referral identifier, not which page you were reading.
Our content delivery network sees your request in order to serve it.
Retention
Click events are rolled up into daily counts and the raw rows deleted. Order records are kept as long as the exchanger may need them for a support enquiry. Reviews stay as long as they are published.
Your requests
Write to us and we will answer. Because we hold no identity data, a deletion request usually resolves to a specific review or order rather than to an account.
