Rates are observations, not quotes
Everything in the rate table is the last value we observed from a third-party service, timestamped. Rates move between our observation and your transaction. The binding number is the one on the exchanger’s own deposit screen.
We are not a party to your exchange
Every transaction is between you and the exchange service. We do not hold your funds, cannot reverse a transaction, and cannot recover funds sent in error.
Errors are not recoverable
Sending to a wrong address, or on a wrong network, generally destroys the funds permanently. No exchanger, aggregator or recovery service can undo it, and anyone who offers to for a fee is running a second scam on top of the first.
